Services, rather than physical goods
Merhala LLC offers professional services under the Merhala brand. This website does not sell physical products. If online payment is offered for a service, the payment flow is subject to the applicable signed agreement and checkout terms. There are no physical goods to return through this website.
Before an engagement begins
Your written proposal and service agreement should state the scope, fees, payment schedule, cancellation process, and any refund terms. Ask for clarification before signing or making a payment.
Ongoing services
For ongoing services, the signed service agreement controls the engagement term, renewal, cancellation notice, work during any notice period, and handover of accounts, assets, and agreed records. Confirm those terms in writing before work begins.
Standalone projects
Branding, website, and other project agreements define milestones, approval stages, third-party costs, ownership and delivery of work, and how fees are treated if the project ends early. Fees for work performed and approved non-cancellable third-party costs remain payable as stated in the agreement.
Requesting a cancellation or billing review
Use the contact route in your service agreement. Include the practice name, the relevant service or invoice, and a short description of your request. Do not include patient information. Refund decisions
Merhala provides professional services. If online payment is offered, the payment flow and any checkout terms supplement the applicable signed agreement; the signed agreement controls scope, cancellation, refunds, credits, and fees. A payment does not create terms inconsistent with that agreement. Any refund, credit, or fee adjustment is handled as stated in the agreement and applicable law. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
